2nd 2 Nun is a business geared to the small dairy. Because we run a professional dairy, we understand the frustration of finding approved equipment for goats and small herds of cows. We offer the Micro Process Design and the modular filler and capper designed specially for this unit. This unit is a vat pasteurizer made in the USA

MANUFACTURED ACCORDING TO THE PASTEURIZED MILK ORDINANCE

This unit is used in the Pasteurizer Lending Program for the Small Dairy Project. Units have been in Newfoundland, Canada, New Hampshire, Maine, New York and Massachusetts and Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Colorado, New Mexico, Alabama, and North Carolina.

Holds a minimum of 10 gallons and a maximum of 30/50 gallons of milk

A gear motor agitator driven low RPM sweep style unit for long life and reliability

1 Anderson 22 1/2" Dairy Indicating Thermometer

1 Anderson 21/2" and Dairy Air Space Thermometer

3- 5 kw immersion heaters control the heating of the water in the jacket
