In order for this to happen
there are certain principles we ask you to consider.
The PPIP is a Product Projection Income Program.
The idea is for you to enter the data and the
program will show you the maximum income you can
make given the amount of raw milk from your
livestock. It will assist you in pricing, and show
you where best to put your raw milk if you are
producing more than one value-added product. The
built in waste factor allows for sampling and
returns of bottled milk or cheese that missed the
